"The Savages Are at the Gates."

They have long since breached the gates....they are the gatekeepers themselves.

1. The radicals of the sixties control the universities…They realized that the apocalypse never materialized. “…they were dropping off into environmentalism and consumerism and fatalism…I watched many of my old comrades apply to graduate school in universities they had failed to burn down, so they could get advanced degrees and spread the ideas that had been discredited in the streets under an academic cover.”
Collier and Horowitz, “Destructive Generation: Second Thoughts About The Sixties,” p. 294-295.

The following can not be called a cautionary tale...it is far too late for caution. Instead, it is a view of the apocalypse. It was written by a junior at Swathmore....

2. "... a case study in the illiberalism that has taken over liberal arts colleges... has centered on the school's radical environmentalist club, Mountain Justice, which has led a multiyear campaign calling on the college to divest its $1.5 billion endowment—one of the highest endowments-per-student in the nation—of fossil-fuel companies.
Numerous professors and the entire history department have endorsed the effort, and administrators and board members have met with Mountain Justice members 25 times over the past two years.

3. On May 4, the school scheduled an open board meeting on the divestment initiative so that the opinions of board members, faculty, administrators and students would receive a fair hearing.... The board had invited two representatives from Mountain Justice to sit on a panel with them for the first half of the meeting.

a. What the board didn't realize was that those same students were positioning themselves to grab the microphone and disrupt the proceedings.

4. The chairman of the Board Investment Committee, ... was in the middle of delivering the opening PowerPoint presentation...when more than 100 student protesters burst into the room, waving signs and shouting.

a. One of the student panelists grabbed the microphone out of turn and handed it to a line of protestors who delivered speeches that condemned the "liberal script" in the name of "radical, emancipatory change" and "institutional transformation." ... classmates defended their behavior because they were smashing "hegemonic power structures" and "flipping the power dynamic."

5. I stood up and reminded the protesters that other members of the college were there to hear various perspectives. But rather than listen to what I had to say, the students began to shout and clap in unison, drowning out what I was saying. Professors sat silent in the audience.

a.... the college president, Rebecca Chopp... conceded that what was unfolding was "outrageous" but said there was nothing she could do.

6. I'm an English major who wants Swarthmore to be a place where ideas are freely exchanged. To me, overthrowing a meeting of board members, who are all alumni, is wrong and juvenile.

Apparently the college doesn't see things that way. The day after disrupting the open board meeting, the protesters insisted on mandatory campus "teach-ins" for all students. Though it was the day before exams at a school that prides itself on its academic rigor, the administration acquiesced and endorsed the teach-ins to heal our "fractured community."

7. ... student "demands," which included making courses in ethnic studies and gender and sexuality required for graduation. The activists also demanded that Swarthmore revise its judicial process so that "sexual assault cases are no longer confidential."

8. No administrator has condemned the takeover of the board meeting. If that tantrum doesn't qualify as disorderly conduct and outright intimidation, what does? If moderate or conservative students—no doubt also a "marginalized" group on campus—behaved similarly, would they be held accountable?"

This is the reality of 'University education.'

What is produced is cookie-cutter fascists for whom silencing opposition voices is all that matters.

How many times have we seen the same from posters who's message is 'shut up,' or 'go away.'

Lets face it, the chance Obama didn´t know about Benghazi exactly ZERO. Since he did nothing to stop it before the November election, cannot we reasonably assume his complicity? And therefor Criminal!.
Lets face it, the chance Obama didn´t know about this is exactly ZERO. Since he did nothing to stop it before the November election, cannot we reasonably assume his complicity? And therefor Criminal!.

Obama may not be much at running a government but you can bet he is involved in all political shenanigans.
The Liberals/Progressives who don't see it that way, aren't stupid, they are just Kool-aide drinkers.
This isn't your Daddy's Democratic Party anymore, the progressives have taken over the circus.
Sometimes politics is very, very easy to understand.

And on another note:

The Muslims barbarians are among us, yesterday they hacked a British soldier to death, and beheaded him yards from his Barracks. How long are we going to put up with this and continue to allow immigration from these countries?

These were his words before the horrific act. .
"We swear by Almighty Allah we will never stop fighting you," the attacker said. "The only reasons we have done this is because Muslims are dying every day. This British soldier is an eye for an eye a tooth for tooth.
What happened Wednesday in London was a perfect scenario of what will happen if Liberals have their way! They better bring this up in the media.
What would of happened to the terrorists if they attempted this stunt in a busy town in America?

Is The Real Crime: Honesty?

In a secular society such as ours, where the collective is prized over individualism, Heaven help the brave soul who speaks his mind.....if it runs counter to the 'authorized' truth.

1. In "He Talk Like A White Boy," Joseph Phillips gives a personal example: "My sister, Lisa, whom I love dearly, tells me, “I’m ashamed to tell people that my little brother is a Republican.” We have another sister how has been a drug addict, a lesbian for a time, in and out of mental hospitals, chased by debt collectors….but Lisa never said “I’m ashamed of you.”

a. Imagine that! Black and Republican??? It has always been my suspicion that this bullying is the reason that Colin Powell endorsed Barack Obama, even though the President has proven to be a blatant failure when it came to improving the lot of African-Americans.

b What could be worse? A corrupt drug addact?? Nah.... When Justice Thomas was asked to speak to an elementary school in D.C. The invitation was rescinded when a number of the parents objected that he was not a proper role model. The school has no such complaints when they invited the crack-addicted, philandering former mayor Marion Barry.

2. Spokespersons for the Liberal collective, such as Dr. Cornell West, or James Dixon, have no interest the conservative position on gun control, or tax reform. No, when they speak of "repugnant" ideas, they are referring to the black conservatives' failure to embrace the liberal doctrines based on victimization. It is not a belief in free markets, nor suggestions of a leaner federal government that will earn the wrath of the Liberal elite, black and white: it is simply stating that white racism is not the primary impediment to black success. That's what will get you called "Uncle Tom" every time.

3. This was a lesson that staunch liberal Democrat Bill Cosby learned the hard way....he spoke at an NAACP celebration of Brown v. Board of Education, saying, in part:

a. "People marched and were hit in the face with rocks to get an education, and now we've got these knuckleheads walking around. . . The lower economic people are not holding up their end in this deal. These people are not parenting."
"I am talking about these people who cry when their son is standing there in an orange suit. Where were you when he was 2? Where were you when he was 12? Where were you when he was 18 and how come you didn't know that he had a pistol? And where is the father?"

b. "People putting their clothes on backward: Isn't that a sign of something gone wrong? . . . People with their hats on backward, pants down around the crack, isn't that a sign of something, or are you waiting for Jesus to pull his pants up? Isn't it a sign of something when she has her dress all the way up . . .

c. "With names like Shaniqua, Taliqua and Mohammed and all of that crap, and all of them are in jail. Brown versus the Board of Education is no longer the white person's problem. We have got to take the neighborhood back. . . . They are standing on the corner and they can't speak English."

d. "People used to be ashamed. . . . Today a woman has eight children with eight different 'husbands,' or men or whatever you call them now."
"The idea is to one day get out of the projects. You don't just stay there."
"We have millionaire football players who can't read. We have million-dollar basketball players who can't write two paragraphs."
"We as black folks have to do a better job. . . . Someone working at Wal-Mart with seven kids, you are hurting us. We have to start holding each other to a higher standard."

e. " We cannot blame white people”. . . .
"The incarcerated? These are not political criminals. These are people going around stealing Coca-Cola. People getting shot in the back of the head over a piece of pound cake and then we run out and we are outraged, saying, 'The cops shouldn't have shot him.' What the hell was he doing with the pound cake in his hand?"
Bill Cosby,Tuesday, May 25, 2004
Full speech can be found here:
American Rhetoric: Bill Cosby - Address at the NAACP's Commemoration of the 50th of Brown v. Board of Education

4. Many said that the remarks were insensitive, and judgmental. Or that airing the black communities dirty laundry in public will only arm efforts to roll back the civil right's struggle. But Christopher John Farley wrote this in Time magazine:

"What's really needed isn't a black civil war or more uncivil speech. The real problem may not be that blacks and whites are having separate conversations —...that's been true for 400 years — it's that comments such as the ones Cosby made could be used as bricks for different groups of blacks to wall themselves off from each other. That would be a shame... Cosby, in his speech, declared that blacks should hold each other to a higher standard. Working together, and not just getting each other worked up, may be a good start."
What Cosby Should Be Saying - TIME

a. But the abuse that Mr. Cosby took was so vicious, that one hardly expects this casualty of the Liberal secularists to ever, ever, do it again.

After all, in this politically correct society, the real crime is honesty.

5. "WASHINGTON (CNN) -- In a blunt assessment of race relations in the United States, Attorney General Eric Holder Wednesday called the American people "essentially a nation of cowards" in failing to openly discuss the issue of race." Holder: U.S. a 'nation of cowards' on race discussions - CNN.com

a. I wonder if he placed a call to Mr. Cosby, who suffered an avalanche of criticism for his honesty?

6. For insight into the incentive of the bullying behavior that is a hallmark of liberal behavior one needs to review the work of The American Sociological Review, which reported that the bullies are not at the top of the popularity-heap, and see bullying as the way to increase their social status. Bullying behavior is correlated with “how much the student cares about being popular.”
Web of Popularity, Achieved by Bullying - NYTimes.com

a. And, one should never doubt the attractiveness of the warm embrace of the mob.
See Le Bon, “The Crowd: A Study of The Popular Mind,”

The surest way to accomplish a divorce from the mob is to espouse an unauthorized opinion.

So after all, the real crime in this society is to speak the truth.

Obama Is More of a Criminal Than Nixon!

Although Nixon is quoted by John Dean as fuming "Why Can't We Use the IRS against them?"...he did not do so.
Thus...article two of the articles of impeachment used the term 'endeavoured'....

"He has, acting personally and through his subordinates and agents, endeavoured to obtain from the Internal Revenue Service, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, confidential information contained in income tax returns for purposed not authorized by law, and to cause, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, income tax audits or other income tax investigations to be initiated or conducted in a discriminatory manner."

But the Chicago thug administration never stopped at 'endeavor'.....they went on to actually achieve the illegality....

The Obama team "obtained from the Internal Revenue Service, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, confidential information contained in income tax returns for purposed not authorized by law, and to cause, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, income tax audits or other income tax investigations to be initiated or conducted in a discriminatory manner."
There is little question that one or more employees at the IRS stole our confidential tax return and leaked it to our political enemies, in violation of federal law...

The Benghazi Scandal.

Why are these liberal finks still talking about talking what “Bush did” Who the hell cares about what may or may not have happened over 8 years ago!  What matters is what happened in Benghazi, why it happened, and what we are going to do about it.
I watched Obama’s press conference this morning where he once again shot back at Republicans trying to create a scandal out of HIS administration’s handling of the Benghazi terror attack. So not only do we have the Lefty bloggers blaming Bush and the Republicans but our President is doing it as well. As usual the
full Spin Cycle has begun. This shameful excuse for a president has been blaming Bush for everything under the sun since the day he was elected, and still has refused to take on any responsibility of his own and his administration.  When this thing first broke, Madam Hillary told us that she was taking all responsibility for it.  What exactly did she mean by that and what responsibility did she take?  Exactly NONE!
And Obama said today that the Republicans have tried and failed to turn up any new evidence of a “cover-up”and that the Republicans are “fanning the flames” . When if ever will this incompetent imitation of a president ever cease his lies and coverups?
